Ellen’s Whipped Feta Spread
Makes about 1 cup

4 ounces crumbled feta cheese, at room temperature
4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
about 1 tablespoon honey
about 1 tablespoon Pantala Dukkah Nut & Spice Blend
Place the feta, cream cheese and olive oil in a food processor and process until smooth.
Add the garlic and dried basil and blend to incorporate.
Place the mixture in a serving dish. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle generously with Pantala Dukkah. Serve with fresh pita or French bread.
