Ellen’s Whipped Feta Spread

4 ounces crumbled feta cheese, at room temperature

4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

about 1 tablespoon honey

about 1 tablespoon Pantala Cairo Dukkah Nut & Spice Blend
Instructions:
Step 1:
Place the feta, cream cheese and olive oil in a food processor and process until smooth.
Step 2:
Add the garlic and dried basil and blend to incorporate.
Step 3:
Place the mixture in a serving dish. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle generously with Pantala Cairo Dukkah Nut & Spice Blend. Serve with fresh pita or French bread.
