1 thick slice of your favorite bread
1/2 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
1 hard boiled, poached or scrambled egg
2 tablespoons Pantala Mediterranean Fusion topping – Vegan or Feta
Freshly grated Parmesan or crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper
Toast the bread to your desired doneness. Spread a little butter on the toast if you like and then top with the avocado slices. Season the avocado with salt and pepper.
Arrange the egg on top of the avocado and season again with salt and pepper.
Spoon Pantala Mediterranean Topping over the egg. Grate a little Parmesan or crumble some feta over your creation if desired. Enjoy!
