Avocado Toast

Serves 1

The simple, healthy breakfast treat now uplifted with Pantala. If you liked it before, you’re going to love it now!

Ingredients

  • 1 thick slice of your favorite bread

  • Butter (optional)

  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed

  • 1 hard boiled, poached or scrambled egg

  • 2 tablespoons Pantala Santorini or Mykonos Greek-Inspired Tapenade

  • Freshly grated Parmesan or crumbled feta cheese (optional)

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  • Step 1:

    Toast the bread to your desired doneness. Spread a little butter on the toast if you like and then top with the avocado slices. Season the avocado with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2:

    Arrange the egg on top of the avocado and season again with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3:

    Spoon Pantala over the egg. Grate a little Parmesan or crumble some feta over your creation if desired. Enjoy!
