Refund and Returns Policy

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We make every effort to pack our jars as carefully as we pack our suitcases, but unfortunately breakage does occur. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please send an email with a photo of the broken jar(s) to: hello@pantala.life. We will ship replacement items within 2-3 business days.

If for any other reason you are unsatisfied with the product and would like a refund, please package and return the item(s) to:

Regular shipping costs will apply. We will credit the cost of the items purchased to your original form of payment within 2-3 business days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are not refundable. We ask you to please provide a reason for the return to help us improve Pantala Premium Toppings.
