So easy! This 10-minute appetizer is the healthy version of those gooey layer dips we all hate to love!

Ingredients

1 cup red pepper hummus (store bought or homemade)

1 avocado

1 teaspoon salt

1 tomato
-
1 tablespoon Pantala's Cairo Egyptian-Inspired Dukkah Nut & Spice Blend
Instructions:
Step 1:
Mash avocado and add salt.
Step 2:
Dice tomato.
Step 3:
Layer hummus on bottom of serving bowl.
Step 4:
Spoon mashed avocado on top of hummus.
Step 5:
Spread tomatoes atop avocado layer.
Step 6:
Sprinkle Pantala's Cairo over the top.
Step 7:
Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
