Mediterranean Three Layer Dip

So easy! This 10-minute appetizer is the healthy version of those gooey layer dips we all hate to love!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red pepper hummus (store bought or homemade)

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 tablespoon Pantala's Cairo Egyptian-Inspired Dukkah Nut & Spice Blend

Instructions:

  • Step 1:

    Mash avocado and add salt.

  • Step 2:

    Dice tomato.

  • Step 3:

    Layer hummus on bottom of serving bowl.

  • Step 4:

    Spoon mashed avocado on top of hummus.

  • Step 5:

    Spread tomatoes atop avocado layer.

  • Step 6:

    Sprinkle Pantala's Cairo over the top.

  • Step 7:

    Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
